Overview
Coriolis force mass flowmeter is an advanced high precision mass flow meter. Because of its excellent performance, it has high measurement accuracy, low requirement for fluid state and small pressure loss. The mass flow rate, volume flow rate, density and temperature of the measured liquid or slurry can be obtained directly by instruments of various specifications without manual calculation or estimation.
It can show excellent performance even in harsh working environment. There are no moving parts inside, no complicated installation and no strict requirements for working conditions. Each sensor is made of stainless steel. The output of the transmitter can meet your needs.

measuring principle
The structure of the mass flowmeter is a double elbow structure, and its measurement principle is to detect the mass flow in the pipeline by measuring the Coriolis force acting on the double elbow.
When two conditions are satisfied: (1) the double elbow vibrates at a certain frequency; (2) when there is fluid flow in the pipe, a new force, Coriolis force, is generated by the combination of pipe vibration and fluid flow. This force produces torque on the elbow, which makes the bending pipe symmetrical and its center line twist. The electrical signal is detected by displacement sensors on both sides of the elbow, and then the electrical signal is processed to obtain the mass flow directly.
