working principle:

The flow profile of the flow sensor is similar to the profile of Venturi tube. A set of spiral guide vanes are placed at the inlet side. When the fluid enters the flow sensor, the guide vane forces the fluid to produce violent vortex flow. When the fluid enters the diffusion section, the vortex flow is affected by the backflow, and begins to make a second rotation, forming a gyroscopic vortex precession phenomenon. The precession frequency is directly proportional to the flow rate and is not affected by the physical properties and density of the fluid. The signal is amplified, filtered and shaped by a preamplifier and converted into a pulse signal proportional to the flow rate, and then sent to the microprocessor together with the detection signals such as temperature and pressure for integration processing. Finally, the measurement results (instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, temperature and pressure data) are displayed on the LCD screen.

3. Intelligent flowmeter totalizer
It is composed of temperature and pressure detection analog channel, flow detection digital channel, micro processing unit, liquid crystal drive circuit and other auxiliary circuits. ???????????????
Sensor 4
PT100 platinum resistance is used as temperature sensitive element, and its resistance value is corresponding to temperature in a certain temperature range.
5. Pressure sensor
With piezoresistive diffused silicon bridge as sensing element, the bridge arm resistance will change as expected under the action of external pressure. Therefore, under the action of certain exciting current, the potential difference between the two output terminals is directly proportional to the external pressure.
Piezoelectric crystal sensor
The frequency of the expanding vortex can be detected near the throat of the shell.
Racemizer
It is fixed at the outlet section of the shell, and its function is to eliminate the vortex flow, so as to reduce the impact on the performance of downstream instruments.

4. Selection and installation

The selection calculation formula is as follows:

In the formula: T, P and PA are the same as above, q is the volume flow rate, QN is the standard volume flow rate, and the Z / Zn values are listed in Table 2. Due to the large calculation step, the data in the table are only for reference. The data in the table are calculated according to the true relative density of natural gas GR = 0.600, and the mole fraction of nitrogen and carbon dioxide is 0.00. When the medium pressure is lower than 0.1MPa, it can be estimated as Z / Zn = 1.
