principle

Usually, a water flow switch is installed in the pipeline of the cooling oil-water system to monitor the flow state of the cooling oil in real time. Once the cooling oil stops flowing, the oil flow switch will send an alarm signal to the central control room, so that the central control room can handle it in time and avoid accidents.

There are many ways to detect the state of fluid flow. Generally, there are two kinds of water flow switches. One is the early mechanical flow switch, also known as the baffle plate flow switch. Its principle is to push the baffle plate to deflect through the liquid flow, and then touch the microswitch to act. This kind of mechanical flow switch has the advantages of convenient use and low price. The disadvantage is that the mechanical structure will cause wear and tear, and the action is not very stable. The other is the current commonly used thermal flow switch, its principle is that the size of liquid flow is different, the heat taken away is different, by detecting the size of heat loss, the flow of liquid can be detected. This kind of water flow switch has the advantages of no movable parts, no wear and tear, greatly enhancing its service life and stability, and the disadvantage is that the price is slightly higher than that of the mechanical type.
